Two Girls Who Posted Video of Themselves Torturing Endangered Tortoise Are Facing Charges


Two Florida teens who taped themselves stomping and lighting on fire an endangered tortoise will now face criminal charges.

The girls were arrested in the wake of community outrage over the cell phone video.

One girl said: ‘Burn baby, burn baby’ before adding, ‘Now you’re scared of us, huh?’…Another then said: ‘Ugh, I just want him to die.’ According to ClickOrlando, there were multiple complaints to wildlife protection agencies in Florida causing an investigation to be launched. The charges the girls will face have not yet been decided and it is unclear whether they will be charged as adults or juveniles.

Charge them as adults! The things young people do to become “e-famous” are getting more vile and disgusting all the time, and it’s about time they faced some real consequences.
