“Stripper Squatter” Refuses To Leave House After Not Paying Rent; Torments Family With “Spanking and Moaning Noises”

Whenever a story begins with, “It all started when I let a stripper move in,” you know it probably won’t end well. A California homeowner says she’s spent $40,000 trying to evict an exotic dancer who stopped paying rent six months ago but refuses to move out.

The homeowner, identified as “Carrie,” also says that the stripper invited friends to move in and torments the family with “moaning and spanking” that could “wake the dead.” Which is just terrific, since Carrie has a 5-year-old son.

After Carrie confronted Miss Rogers about her conduct, she says the 26-year-old served her with a cease and desist order for criminal stalking and harassment. To make matters worse, Rogers allegedly stopped paying rent and then tried to keep Carrie and her family out of their own home where they have lived for more than two decades by changing the locks and barricading the doors with chains. Things came to a head when Carrie called police to report that her tenant’s room has been flooded.

Responding officers checked Rogers’ residence and informed Carrie that she and her family were in danger because the woman was in possession of a loaded gun, for which she had a permit, but which was not secured.

I tried to use my vivid imagination to come up with amusing ways this situation could be even worse. But to be honest, I can’t think of anything–I think the “cease and desist” order was the icing on the cake. This roommate-from-hell story tops them all.
