Shame On ESPN For Christian Bigotry

Written By : Kathleen McKinley
March 29, 2012

Blake Koch is a young NASCAR driver who filmed this ad to get NASCAR fans to vote. ESPN rejected it saying it had “religious and political overtones.” It CLEARLY has no religious overtones whatsoever, and other than encouraging people to vote, it has no political overtones. It doesn’t endorse a party or a person. BUT Blake is an outspoken Christian, and his personal website reflects that. ESPN mentioned his website on the message they left saying they were rejecting his ad. This is nothing more than Christian bigotry, and it’s time for Christians to stop putting up with it.
