Fraud was not a bug but a deliberate feature of the staggeringly expensive looting spree known as the Pigford Pigout, by which any black person could collect $50,000 of reparations by claiming to be a farmer who was discriminated against by the federal government. On Document Dump Friday, the feds released a report entitled “Civil Rights: Additional Actions in Pigford II Claims Process Could Reduce Risk of Improper Determinations” (PDF). Dig deep enough through the bureaucratic B.S. and you will find this nugget of sincerity:

[…blah blah blah] by the terms of the settlement agreement, most claims must be evaluated based solely on the information submitted by the claimants and, as a result, the adjudicator of these claims has no way of independently verifying that information.

What?!?! Breitbart spells it out:

“By terms of the settlement agreement” shows the fraud is baked right in. This is a feature, not a bug.

“most claims must be evaluated based solely on the information submitted by the claimants” means that a majority of claims are judged based only on statements by the person who stands to collect a $50,000 check.

“adjudicator of these claims has no way of independently verifying that information” means that there’s no way for the person judging the claim to check for fraud.

Criminals are running the government; unsurprisingly, they rig the system to make it as easy as possible for their constituents — i.e., other criminals — to loot the public treasury. There are two kinds of people under a liberal government: dishonest parasites and the honest taxpaying suckers they prey on.

Not being black is no reason not to climb aboard the Pigford gravy train. The brazen vote-buying program has been opened up to women and Hispanics.

It’s not free money. At $50,000 a vote, Democrats will be expecting looters to turn out even for the midterms.
