Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) spoke this past Friday at the Republican National Committee spring meeting hosted at the Peabody hotel in Memphis, TN,: where he took aim at: former: Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s actions related to the Benghazi terror attack. He believes that Hillary’s actions have precluded her from being qualified to be commander-in-chief. Take a listen:
This wasn’t the first time Paul took aim at Hillary’s leadership. Back in 2013,: he spoke: to cadets at The Citadel: in Charleston, S.C.and expressed similar sentiments:
“To my mind, you should never have a commander in chief who is unwilling to send in troops for reinforcement — or in the six-month period of time, did not send adequate security when it was asked for repeatedly,” Paul said in a more direct allusion to Clinton. “To me, that should preclude you from ever holding high office.”
The election of Barack Obama has already proven without a doubt that no level of incompetence is great enough to keep someone from: becoming: president.: Obama’s radical associations and complete lack of relevant qualifications should have disqualified him from the presidency the first time, but look what happened. So, while I would like to agree with Senator Paul, I’m inclined to believe that Hillary’s role in Benghazi will likely not keep her from becoming president.:
