The National Institute of Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAA), a part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), will pay $2.6 million in U.S. tax dollars to train Chinese prostitutes to drink responsibly on the job.
An extravagant grant was awarded to Dr. Xiaoming Li of Wayne State University, who will conduct his pricey research into how to get prostitutes not to get so drunk behind the Bamboo Curtain in the Chinese province of Guangxi.
Why don't the Chinese teach their own prostitutes how to get less drunk? Is it because they can't afford to, after lending all their money to our government? No, it's just that they have other priorities, such as building a blue water navy to fill the power vacuum that was created when moonbats took over the White House.
