John Hawkins The Top 10 Places I'd Like To Live Other Than The United States

If I couldn't live in the United States, here are the other nations I'd like to live in -- in order.

10) Italy
9) Japan
8) Britain
7) Canada
6) Switzerland
5) Norway
4) New Zealand
3) Ireland
2) Israel
1) Australia

PS: Once you get beyond the top 4 nations, I don't find any of them to be particularly appealing places to live long-term.
