Read Christopher Hitchen's article and then come back and vote. His conclusion:
I apply the Abraham Lincoln test for moral casuistry: "If slavery is not wrong, nothing is wrong." Well, then, if waterboarding does not constitute torture, then there is no such thing as torture.That being said, that's not the real question, is it? Let's just assume for the sake of argument that waterboarding is torture. Is it justifiable?
