John Hawkins Poll Results: The Most Important Issues To Conservatives

Yesterday, I polled RWN's readers on the following question, "Although all of these may be important issues to you, what's the issue that you currently put the highest priority on?"

Cleaning up the environment: 0%
Reducing health care costs: 1%
Reducing regulations on business: 1%
Preventing manmade global warming: 1%
Improving ethics in DC: 1%
Eliminating earmarks: 2%
Term limits: 2%
Securing gun rights: 2%
Reducing gas costs: 3%
Cutting taxes: 5%
Eradicating Al-Qaeda: 9%
Cutting entitlement spending: 12%
Winning in Iraq: 17%
Putting in originalist Supreme Court Justices: 18%
Securing the border & no amnesty: 24%

PS: Note that the most important issue to conservatives is the issue McCain has chosen to flip flop on.
