John Hawkins For North Carolina Republicans

As most of you know, I'm a resident of the great state of North Carolina. With that in mind, there are a couple of things I wanted to talk about briefly.

First of all, on April 18-19th in Greensboro, the 2008 Conservative Leadership Conference (CLC '08) is going to be taking place.

It looks like it's going to be a great event and I'm going to be attending on Saturday the 19th. If you're there, feel free to look me up.

Also, since the N.C. governor's candidate I'm supporting, Fred Smith, is advertising on RWN, I thought it might be worthwhile to give an extra plug to the Lee Greenwood rallies he's holding across the state. I'm going to be actually attending one of those rallies as well, in Wilmington, on the 17th. If you're there, feel free to say hello.
