John Hawkins Barack Wants To Eliminate All The World's Nuclear Weapons, Give Every Little Girl A Pony, And Use Faery Magic To Stop The Terrorists!

Only a man inane enough to write a book called The Audacity of Hope while living in the greatest country in the world, could actually campaign on something as quixotic as ridding the world of nuclear weapons,

Senator Barack Obama will propose on Tuesday setting a goal of eliminating all nuclear weapons in the world, saying the United States should greatly reduce its stockpiles to lower the threat of nuclear terrorism, aides say.

...In his speech, according to a campaign briefing paper, Mr. Obama also will call for using a combination of diplomacy and pressure to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons and to eliminate North Korea’s nuclear weapons programs. Aides did not say what Mr. Obama intended to do if diplomacy and sanctions failed.

In setting a goal of eliminating nuclear weapons in the world, Mr. Obama is endorsing a call for “urgent new actions” to prevent a new nuclear era that was laid out in January in a commentary in The Wall Street Journal written by several former government officials. The authors of the article were George P. Shultz, secretary of state in the Reagan administration; Henry Kissinger, secretary of state in the Nixon and Ford administrations; William J. Perry, secretary of defense in the Clinton administration; and Sam Nunn, a former chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee.

It's almost like the Obama is a child's toy, who has been programmed with nothing but Hallmark Card greetings and random snippets from All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten.

You pull the string once and it's, "I love puppies and warm milk!"

You pull it again and, "I want to be the candidate of change and hope!"

Pull it for a 3rd time and it's, "Let's get rid of all the world's nuclear weapons because we can't hug each other with nuclear arms!"
o
Even in a party full of unserious people, Barack is notable for his unseriousness...

PS: I know I didn't explain why "eliminating (all the) nuclear weapons in the world" is impossible, but do I really need to do so? I mean, how many people are there in the United States over the age of 12 besides B. Hussein Obama, of course, who don't already understand how unfeasible that idea is?
