Here's a crazy idea; how about building your, "new model for attention to the health needs of Mexican workers," in Mexico instead of the United States? Heck, maybe if Mexico had a "new model for attention to the health needs of Mexican workers," more Mexicans would stay home instead entering our country illegally.

PS: By the way, who do you think would end up paying for this "new model for attention to the health needs of Mexican workers?" Take a wild guess....and let me give you a hint; it won't be Mexico.
