John Hawkins Hillary As A National Mother Figure?

Here's fund raiser Daphna Ziman's pitch to try to convince people to give money to Hillary:

"The nation is in deep need for a mother figure who will lead the people out of a violent world and back into caring for the poor and the disabled, mostly caring for our children, our future."

Setting aside the fact that the idea of making a mere politician into a national father or mother figure is sort of nauseating to begin with, who actually believes a cold, shrewish woman like Hillary could be some sort of national "mother figure?" Heck, what's even "motherly" about her? Her desire to control every aspect of the lives of the American people, as if they were four year olds? Maybe they should shoot for the national mother-in-law or the national wicked stepmother. Either of those, Hillary could manage to pull off.
