Black Panthers/Justice Department Scandal Gathers Steam

If we had a credible, unbiased media in this country, the New Black Panther/Justice Department voter intimidation case would already have brought down Obama’s lawless, racist regime. But even deprived of oxygen, this outrageous scandal continues to grow:

Information obtained from the Obama Department of Justice by the Washington-based government monitor Judicial Watch appears to document that a political operative participated in the decision to drop large portions of a voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party that essentially already had been won.

Judicial Watch announced in a statement … that it has forced the disclosure of the existence of documents “indicating [ultra partisan Obamunist] Democratic election lawyer Sam Hirsch was involved in the DOJ decision to dismiss its voting rights case against the New Black Panther Party for Self Defense.”

In case you’ve been relying on the MSM for information, the case is about New Black Panther thugs, including the charming King Samir Shabazz, intimidating voters during the 2008 election. Here’s video:

In the aftermath of the open and shut case being thrown out on orders from above, former Justice Department attorney J. Christian Adams revealed that the DOJ under the “post-racial” Obama will not prosecute cases of human rights abuses where the defendants are black and the victims are white — a state of affairs that no reasonable person of any color would tolerate.

As with Watergate, the cover-up is expanding the scope of the scandal. Already, a level of political involvement has been revealed that was previously denied by Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perez. More revelations await, if investigators are tenacious enough to chip through the Manchurian Moonbat’s trademark “transparency.”

The index obtained describes 122 documents, which include at least 611 pages, that currently are being withheld by the Obama administration from the public.

“We now know that top political leaders inside Obama Justice Department were involved in the call to drop the Black Panther case,” said [Judicial Watch President Tom] Fitton. “And we also know that at least one top Justice official said otherwise under oath.

“In the meantime, we will ask the court to require the Obama Justice Department to release these (and other) secret documents about this scandal and its cover-up.”

In other Obama Administration/New Black Panthers news, more revelations have come to light regarding the Injustice Department’s special darlings:

Minister King Samir Shabazz, formerly known as Maruse (or Maurice) Heath, has a record of beating people with a club comparable to the nightstick he brandished outside the polling place. According to Mike Nolan on Andrew Breitbart’s BigGovernment.com, Shabazz pleaded guilty in 1995 to assault for hitting a man with a cane-like implement, hospitalizing his victim and requiring head staples. Three years later, Shabazz was charged with beating and terrorizing his girlfriend, dragging her by the hair and threatening to kill her. Those charges were dropped when she failed to show up in court.

As for Jerry Jackson – the local Democratic committeeman and Black Panther for whom the Justice Department dropped all voter-intimidation charges – his record of convictions includes drug dealing, stabbing and robbing, all in Philadelphia. “Since becoming infamous for intimidating voters, Jackson and Samir have taken to posting photos of themselves posing with handguns,” Mr. Nolan reported. “A felony firearm charge can be brought against a convicted felon who is found in possession of a firearm, regardless of the intended or actual use of the weapon. Certainly DOJ must be aware of these photos. Why haven’t they pursued charges under 18 U.S.C. 922 against Jerry Jackson? Is he getting a pass on gun charges, too?”

If you don’t want to live in a country where lowlifes like Shabazz and Jackson are allowed to run wild on behalf of equally thuggish socialist rulers, do your part to start rolling back Hopey Change in November.
