I had the great privilege of meeting Liz Cheney and hearing her speak at the Red State convention in Atlanta this past August. She’s surprisingly tiny, but, in that small package, is an incredible mind and a hell of a backbone. I adore her and am so glad to see she is becoming an increasingly public voice for, not only Conservative women, but Conservatives as a whole (as true Feminists, we don’t need identity politics.) Liz does us all proud.

This weekend, on Fox News Sunday, she wiped the floor with the woefully outmatched Juan Williams, all while repeatedly pointing out example after example of the total incompetence of the Obama administration, specifically in regard to their National Security policies and their denial of a War on Terror.

She was out there again today in a segment with Bill Hemmer on Fox News. Please watch the following clip from that appearance; here is just one of the money quotes:

“Vice President Biden has a famously tenuous relationship with reality”

Now she exemplifies the kind of woman whom I want my daughter to emulate. Take no prisoners, Liz! Keep calling them like you see them. Keep using facts and reason to point out how inherently wrong liberal policy is. Argue your points with strength, yet with grace and dignity and reason. See, ladies on the left? There is no need to constantly whine and shriek irrationally. Keep fighting the good fight, Liz, no holds barred – and do it in pearls and heels!

Walk softly. And carry a big lipstick. That’s my motto.
