22-Year-Old Tulsa Man Found Guilty of Raping and Beating an 85-Year-Old Woman to Death Before Shooting Her Husband in the Face

How evil does someone need to be in order to be willing to imprison, torture, rape, and murder an elderly couple before taking off with their possessions? It’s hard to fathom, but that’s the depth of the evil lurking in convicted killer Tyrone Woodfork.

Prosecutors said in court he first set his sights on Nancy Straight. Woodfork admitted beating the woman, but said she hit him first, according to the World. He also denied sexually assaulting her.

The convicted killer then moved on to Bob Straight, and shot him in the face with his own BB gun before brutally beating him and leaving him for dead, the paper said.

Nancy Straight died the next day, her cause of death was listed as blunt force head trauma .

Bob Straight died May 4, 2012 — but it was discovered that he had multiple underlying illnesses including terminal kidney disease, authorities said.

The medical examiner concluded Bob Straight ‘had many severe underlying medical conditions’ and that he likely died of complications from his illness rather than the beating he received — no murder charges came from his death.

And after he had taken the lives of two utterly defenseless people, he made off with their flat-screen TV and their car — those are the possessions that evidently are worth killing for. The only downside to his guilty verdict is that, instead of getting the death penalty, he’ll be allowed to live out the rest of his natural life in relative comfort with everything he needs provided to him. Is that justice?
