Why Attorney General Eric Holder is the worst in US History
  21 May 2013     8:41 pm      Josh Bernstein

Eric “fast and furious” Holder’s legacy of corruption, power, influence, and greed will be a tough act for any future Attorney General to follow. He is the only Attorney General in our nation’s history to facilitate the pardon of a convicted felon and fugitive. Like Barack Obama, he is a privileged minority with a chip on his shoulder and a fellow supporter of Black Liberation Theology.
But that’s not even the worst of it.
Here are the reasons why our current Attorney General is the worst in no particular order:
He represented Washington, …

A hapless journey’s end
  30 Apr 2013     3:00 pm      Josh Bernstein

What happened in Boston last week was truly a tragedy. Two Muslim brothers detonated two bombs at the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Unless you have been living in a cave or under a rock somewhere you already know what happened. The sad fact is the Obama Administration, The FBI, and the entire Intelligence Community failed to protect the American people. Three people died and over 175 were injured by two brothers practicing their religion of peace.
Throughout history people of all different faiths have killed each other in the …

Apologize for what?
  2 Mar 2013     1:16 am      Josh Bernstein

“Apologize for what?”
These three words have inspired and motivated millions of patriotic Americans. They have become a calling card to Conservatives everywhere who are sick and tired of out of control liberalism destroying this great country. On the anniversary of Andrew Breitbart’s death I’m sure he is looking down on us from that special reserved spot in heaven where the heroes lay and is smiling. In the post Andrew Breitbart Conservative era, his legacy lives on and his influence continues to grow.
From Twitter to Facebook and everything in-between, Andrew is …

Now that Pope Benedict XVI has resigned who should replace him?
  12 Feb 2013     2:38 pm      Josh Bernstein

Pope Benedict XVI sudden resignation brings with it history, health, and heroics. He is the first Pope to resign in almost 600 years. His age, declining health, and strength were all reasons for his resignation.
The 85 year old head of the Catholic Church stated, “After having repeatedly examined my conscience before God, I have come to the certainty that my strengths, due to an advanced age, are no longer suited to an adequate exercise of the Petrine ministry. I am well aware that this ministry, due to its essential spiritual …

The Puppets of Pyongyang
  9 Feb 2013     8:17 pm      Josh Bernstein

One of the most isolated, longest surviving, and brutal dictatorship the world has ever known is at it again. North Korea recently put out a very disturbing video that showed a nuclear bomb hitting New York City and the subsequent aftermath. The propaganda film depicts what the world might look like if the United States were no longer a part of it. For a country whose rulers supposedly hate everything about America they sure seem to admire American culture which I will revisit later on in this article.
The video’s background …

Russia’s Arctic Embrace: Cold War Reloaded
  3 Oct 2011     2:29 am      Rachel Marsden

In September 2010, Germany’s Der Spiegel explained that Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has a “soft spot for the Arctic,” with Putin saying Russia “will put huge amounts of money into environmental protection” and is “planning to do a serious spring cleaning of our Arctic territories.”
He was up there petting polar bears to drive home his new heartfelt cause. I’m not kidding. Researchers had to first sedate the bear he caressed as he spoke, though. Putin also didn’t let the bear go without first attaching a transmitter. …

Is Herman Cain a Contender?
  3 Oct 2011     2:26 am      Michael Barone

Is Herman Cain a serious contender for the Republican presidential nomination? It’s a question no one in the pundit world was asking until the past week.
Cain has never held public office. When he ran for the Senate in Georgia in 2004, he lost the primary by a 52 percent to 26 percent margin.
He has zero experience in foreign or defense policy, where presidents have the most leeway to set policy. When questioned about the Middle East earlier this year, he clearly had no idea what the “right of return” is.
His …

AP Says Michelle ‘O’ Just Happened to be Shopping at Target? Riiiiight!
1 Oct 2011     9:13 pm      Warner Todd Huston

AP photographer Charles Dharapak is ballyhooing a photo he claims to have just happened to snap of First Lady Michelle Obama shopping at an Alexandria, Virginia Target department store. But come on. Does anyone believe that an AP photographer just by chance happened to spot the First Lady shopping at Target and just happened to take photos of her in the act?

Does anyone believe that this isn’t an orchestrated effort by the “Office Of The First Lady” (™) to counter the idea that Michelle is an effete, waster of the …

How’s That Constitutional Rule Working Out?
  1 Oct 2011     10:47 am      Brian Garst

When the new Congress took office, they instituted a rule requiring newly introduced legislation to cite Constitutional authority. So what has been the result? Not surprisingly, a significant number fail to properly identify specific Constitutional authority for legislative action. Research by the Republican Study Committee found that:

3 bills cite only the Preamble to the Constitution
84 bills cite only Article 1, which creates the Legislative Branch
58 bills cite only Article 1, Section 1, which grants all legislative powers to Congress
470 bills cite only Article 1, Section 8, which is the list …

Team Obama Considers Suing More States Over Illegal Immigration
  1 Oct 2011     7:54 am      William Teach

Of course, they aren’t planning legal challenges over sanctuary cities and failures to enforce the law, no, they may sue over tough illegal immigration laws
(Fox News) After suing Arizona and Alabama over their strict immigration laws, the Obama administration is seriously weighing whether to legally challenge similar measures in four other states.
“To the extent we find state laws that interfere with the federal government’s enforcement of immigration law, we are prepared to bring suit,” said Justice Department spokeswoman Xochitl Hinojosa. “The department is currently reviewing immigration-related laws that were passed …
