Feminists Attack Catholic Men Praying, Protecting Cathedral From Vandalism
  3 Dec 2013     9:15 pm      Matt Vespa

Total depravity erupted in San Juan, Argentina on November 24 at the annual state-sponsored National Women’s Encounter conference.
A group of Catholic men praying outside a cathedral – and protecting it from vandalism – were attacked by a horde of topless, pro-abort feminists.  It was absolute viciousness.  Besides verbal abuse, these women spit on them and spray painted their crotches because that will totally progress feminism as a movement, or something.

According to Sofia Vazquez-Mellado of Life Site News,
The women, many of them topless, spray-painted the men’s crotches and faces and swastikas on their …

Parents Ignore Doctor’s Advice to Abort Brain Damaged Baby, Delivers Perfectly Healthy Girl
  26 Nov 2013     6:39 pm      Duane Lester

Liane and Iain Stooke were told their baby Miley was brain damaged. They were advised to abort her.
They didn’t:

The couple agonized over the decision and decided to give their little girl a chance at life — and their instinct paid off. Miley was born perfectly healthy — a shock to them after the doctors’ assurance she would have physical problems and that the imaging and diagnosis had been wrong.

Mrs Stooke added: ‘It was a waking nightmare. We agonised every minute over what to do – and every time I felt …

De Blasio: Big Boon to Abortion Industry
  8 Nov 2013     2:00 pm      Dave Blount

The election of a communist as Mayor of New York City isn’t just bad news for capitalist robber barons (a.k.a. nongovernmental employers). Under militant leftist Bill de Blasio, unborn children will make out even worse:
New York City has been called “the abortion capital of the world.” The city has some of the laxest restrictions and the highest abortion rate in the country, with 41 percent of its pregnancies ending in elective termination. According to New York Magazine, 10 percent of all U.S. abortions happen in the state of New York, …

Terry McAuliffe Wants Virginian Women to Submit to Big Government
4 Nov 2013     1:00 am      Anna Maria Hoffman

by Gabriella Hoffman
Tomorrow is Election Day here in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Many of you have seen me comment, tweet, and write about the gubernatorial race in great detail. (Disclaimer: I’m a Ken Cuccinelli supporter and have been since he launched his campaign in Summer 2012.) This race is important for our state, and its outcome will have an impact nationwide.
A win for Cuccinelli is a win for freedom; a win for McAuliffe is a win for big government.
Much to the dismay of Terry McAuliffe and his surrogates, Ken isn’t an extremist …

5 Must Have Pro-Life T-Shirts
30 Oct 2013     9:44 am      Anna Maria Hoffman

by Claire Chretien
Wearing pro-life apparel is a fantastic way to be a witness for pre-born children, whether you’re on a college or high school campus, at church (if people wear t-shirts at your church), or in the grocery store.

Tell it like it is: abortion kills an innocent human being. This shirt, designed by Bryan Kemper of Stand True, states an uncomfortable truth that most of society likes to ignore. Even some “pro-life” people will become upset at this shirt.  As Bryan so eloquently put it:
I have to say that the very fact that …

Interview With the Abortionist
  30 Sep 2013     12:20 pm      Dave Blount

The only thing that could compete with the cult of global warming for sheer antihuman depravity is the cult of abortion. The highest priests of this cult are those who openly practice third-trimester abortion. They are profiled in the documentary After Tiller. One of these fiends is named Susan Robinson. Excerpts from an interview:
INTERVIEWER: I was really moved and amazed by the scene [in After Tiller] where you’re writing down a baby’s name, noting the family’s request for a memory box and a viewing, showing the little ink footprints. Do …

Republican CR Adds A “Conscience Clause”
  29 Sep 2013     8:38 am      William Teach

The GOP passed a revised continuing resolution Saturday, which seeks to delay the “Affordable” Care Act individual mandate for a year, along with repealing the tax on medical devices (that last is popular with Democrats, too). As John Boehner pointed out, this is what the American People want (well, most want the “Affordable” CA immolated and replaced with a real solution). In that CR we also find
(CNN) House Republicans have added a measure aimed at limiting contraceptive coverage to the spending bill coming up for a vote Saturday night, a …

Tulane Student Invents IUD-Inserting Gun
4 Sep 2013     11:06 am      Anna Maria Hoffman

by Claire Chretien

Tulane University student Ben Cappiello has developed a new contraption to insert intrauterine devices. Intrauterine devices (IUDs) can cause very early abortions by preventing tiny, developing humans—“fertilized eggs,” as abortion advocates euphemistically say—from implanting in the womb. These abortion-causing devices can cause dangerous complications and serious side effects, such as hemorrhaging, decreased libido, abdominal pain, ovarian cysts, and migraines.
The Times Picayune reports:
In deciding what to pursue, [Cappiello] recalled talking to his mother, a nurse practitioner and nursing professor at the University of New Hampshire, about conferences she attended where people discussed the high effectiveness but complex insertion …

Running for the Unborn
3 Sep 2013     9:38 pm      Anna Maria Hoffman

by Anna Maria Hoffman

Yesterday, my sister Gabriella and I participated in the 4th annual 5K “Run for the Unborn” in Leesburg, VA. Through this event, we helped to raise money for a pro-life healthcare organization based in Fairfax, VA called Divine Mercy Care, along with its affiliate the Tepeyac Family Center, a pro-life OB/GYN practice. These organizations help poor pregnant women with their needs and encourage them to choose life for their unborn child by working with crisis pregnancy centers. During March 2013, Tepeyac Family Center saved54 babies from abortion.

The 5K started on the grounds of Saint …

Plumbing the Depths of Moral Depravity With Choice: Texas
  30 Aug 2013     1:55 pm      Dave Blount

As part of their never-ending campaign to further trivialize the taking of your own child’s life, abortion advocates have created a new video game:
In “Choice: Texas,” designed by Carly Kocurek and Allyson Whipple and currently in development, players hunt for abortion access in Texas via the “choose-your-own-adventure” technique – and confront obstacles such as geography and healthcare.
Gamers live vicariously through characters such as 35-year-old Latrice who, despite a long-time boyfriend, “has never planned to have children, and between her career and family obligations, she feels she has her hands …

Duck Dynasty Star Slams Abortion: “What In The World Happened To Us?”
  21 Aug 2013     5:45 am      John Hawkins

Isn’t it amazing that the most successful advocates of traditional Christian values in America aren’t preachers or Republican politicians; they’re quarterback Tim Tebow and the “beards” from Duck Dynasty? “What in the world happened to us,” indeed.

In a video featuring Duck Dynasty’s Phil Robertson, the TV star – in what appears to be a religious sermon – declares his pro-life stance on the issue of abortion. When discussing the ethics of, and that there’s even a debate on, the issue, he asks, “What in the world happened to us?”
“Listen, …

WRAL Declares McCrory Broke Abortion Promise

McCrory signs abortion, gun rights changes into law
Gov. Pat McCrory signed 18 bills Monday, including two of the more controversial of the recently ended legislative session – those dealing with gun rights and abortion clinics.
Supporters of Senate Bill 353, including the governor, have said it is about raising safety standards among the doctors and clinics that perform abortions.
Abortion-rights advocates say that provisions of the law, such as excluding abortion coverage from health plans offered to city and county employees, would …

Texas Planned Parenthood Abortion Mill Defrauded Medicaid to Tune of $1.4 Million
25 Jul 2013     9:31 pm      Warner Todd Huston

In Texas, abortion mill operators Planned Parenthood has been found to have defrauded Medicaid to the tune of $1.4 million and is being ordered to repay the stolen money.

In 2012, a former employee of Planned Parenthood’s Gulf Coast offices filed a whistleblower’s complaint with the Attorney General of Texas and the U.S. Department of Justice. The whistleblower alleged that Planned Parenthood engaged in an elaborate Medicaid fraud scheme.
The whistleblower, Karen Reynolds, submitted internal memos and other records to prove that PP engaged in a “systemwide scheme to bilk Medicaid, Title …

Irony: “Moral Monday” Crowd To Rally For Abortion Rights
  15 Jul 2013     10:39 am      William Teach

They’re doing their best to position today’s crazy protest as about being for “women’s rights”, but since the big topic over the last two weeks here in North Carolina has been legislation instituting a few basic, minor common sense solutions regarding abortion, we know what they mean
(WRAL) The North Carolina chapter of the NAACP says Monday’s protest at the state legislative building will focus on the rights and leadership of women.
It will mark the 11th gathering of people speaking out against policies advanced by the Republican majority of the General …

NC House Passes Common Sense Abortion Bill
  12 Jul 2013     7:12 am      William Teach

Democrats are very, very, very unhappy that this occurred.

(WRAL) The state House on Thursday approved a proposal to add regulations to the operations of North Carolina abortion clinics.
The House voted 74-41 in favor of the bill, which now returns to the Senate for a final vote before going to Gov. Pat McCrory. He pledged on the campaign trail last fall that he wouldn’t support more restrictions on abortions in the state.
The House changed the bill a tad to water down how clinics will be treated, due to complaints from Gov. …

NY Times Really Concerned About North Carolina Losing Its “Progressive” Cred
  11 Jul 2013     7:12 am      William Teach

I’m devastated.

(WRAL) A Wednesday editorial in The New York Times is the latest blow to North Carolina’s reputation as a progressive state.
Headlined “The Decline of North Carolina,” the editorial criticizes the “grotesque damage” created by the Republican-led General Assembly.
“State government has become a demolition derby, tearing down years of progress in public education, tax policy, racial equality in the courtroom and access to the ballot,” the editorial states.
“North Carolina was once considered a beacon of farsightedness in the South, an exception in a region of poor education, intolerance and tightfistedness. …

NY Times: What Abortion Needs Is The Face Of Freedom Or Something
  8 Jul 2013     8:07 am      William Teach

I’ll never understand how abortion became one of the sacraments for Liberals, how they push for unfettered abortion access with no regulations. This is the same group which wants more and more restrictions on gun ownership, despite there actually being a Constitutional Amendment in support of gun rights. Back during the debate post Sandy Hook I asked if Liberals would support any common sense restrictions on abortion: the answer, as we see, is “no”.

I offered a reasonable compromise, Democrats would not support it. North Carolina has passed some common …

Texas’ Wendy Davis: Restricting Abortion is ‘Demonizing Women’
6 Jul 2013     1:00 pm      Warner Todd Huston

Texas State Senator Wendy Davis made a name for herself at the end of June by launching a filibuster on the floor of the state senate to stop new regulations on abortion in The Lone Star State, and now she is warning Governor Perry to “stop demonizing women” by pursuing such restrictions.
The bill Perry supports would place new requirements of cleanliness and safety on Texas abortion mills, rules that opponents of the bill say would shut down many abortionists. This, Davis claims is “demonizing women.”
On CNN with Wolf Blitzer Sen. …

Scientists: Babies With Three Parents on the Horizon
5 Jul 2013     1:00 pm      Warner Todd Huston

Science is always pushing the envelope to see what it can create, but babies with three parents? That is what a recent report out of Britain claims. Soon babies born of DNA of one man and the donor eggs of two women might be on the horizon.
A report at the Daily Mail says that a baby with three parents could be born as early as 2105 after a “landmark decision” by British authorities to allow a “controversial genetic treatment.”
While the genetic experiments are quite controversial and raises fears of “designer …
