Can you really blame him? He jas nothing else to run on. However, it’s a damned shame that he’s taken a great American accomplishment and turned it into a campaign slogan (via Hot Air)

(USA Today) President Obama made a surprise night visit to Afghanistan on Tuesday, signing a new security agreement and preparing to deliver a nationally televised address on plans to withdraw from the war now in its second decade.

Obama is scheduled to speak at 7:30 p.m., Washington time.

In his speech, the president is expected to mention the one-year anniversary of the death of Osama bin Laden, who planned the 9/11 terrorist attacks from a base in Afghanistan.

So, a primetime speech made at the equivalent of 4am Afghanistan time. Spiking the football. I’m waiting for liberals who who constantly complained about Bush bringing up his reaction to 9/11, taking action, etc (which Bush rarely did) to smack Obama down in 3….2…..2….
