George Schultz Observes That Obama Is Out of His Mind
At least by this point we can dispense with the charade that Obama is even remotely competent to hold his position. Former Secretary of State George Schultz apparently has:
Reagan-era Secretary of State George Shultz blasted President Obama Monday night for his scheduled July 2011 date to begin withdrawing U.S. forces from Afghanistan. …
“You’re out of your mind,” he said at a question-and-answer forum, when asked his opinion of the president’s drawdown date. “How can you say that ‘if I haven’t won by six or nine months from now, I’m leaving?'”
Obviously, if you had any desire to win the conflict, you would not. Knowing that they will soon be abandoned, those who might otherwise resist the Taliban will give up the fight. The Taliban itself would not dream of giving up, when they know that all they have to do is wait out the clock for a few months and the country is theirs again, just like it was on September 11, 2001.
Unfortunately, Obama is worse than crazy. He’s motivated by a crazy ideology, according to which Americans will always be the bad guys. No one familiar with Obama’s background would expect him to take our country’s side. He is losing the war on purpose, as feared by his opponents and hoped by his supporters.
