When executives of corporations are caught aiding and abetting criminal behavior of their employees, the executives are prosecuted and the businesses are destroyed.

It’s time to do the same with the Department of Education.

Your 9 year-old daughter runs out of a public swimming pool shower, crying because a 45 year-old naked man is lounging in the sauna, “full monty.” You call the police. The police arrest you for violating the man’s rights and send both you and your daughter to “behavior modification counseling.”

President Obama receives reports that 20 children and 6 adults have been murdered at the Sandy Hook Elementary School and decides the country needs national standards for gun accessories to protect our children. A physician murders babies. His unlicensed assistant is horrified to find a newborn discarded on an office shelf, crying, among more aborted babies, jars filled with legs, arms and unidentifiable fetus body parts.

Republican Mike Gmoser, the country prosecutor in Butler County, Ohio, wasted taxpayers’ time and money by charging Pennsylvania’s winter-predicting groundhog, Punxsutawney Phil, with “misrepresentation of early spring.” The reluctant snow-shoveler wanted the death penalty.
