7 Structural Problems That Are Destroying America
  4 May 2013     3:13 am

“And what physicians say about disease is applicable here: that at the beginning a disease is easy to cure but difficult to diagnose; but as time passes, not having been treated or recognized at the outset, it becomes easy to diagnose but difficult to cure. The same thing occurs in affairs of state; for by recognizing from afar the diseases that are spreading in the state (which is a gift given only to a prudent ruler), they can be cured quickly; but when they are not recognized and are left …

Our Military Now Says It May Prosecute Christian Soldiers Who Discuss Their Faith
  3 May 2013     4:48 am

Under Barack Obama, the military is becoming ever more hostile to Christianity. In fact, per Breitbart, our military is basically saying that Christians have to give up their First Amendment right to the “free exercise” of religion to avoid prosecution.

The Pentagon has released a statement confirming that soldiers could be prosecuted for promoting their faith: “Religious proselytization is not permitted within the Department of Defense…Court martials and non-judicial punishments are decided on a case-by-case basis…”.
The statement, released to Fox News, follows a Breitbart News report on Obama administration Pentagon appointees …

Al Gore Says He Could Have Started A “Violent Revolution” In 2000
  3 May 2013     3:28 am

Yes, Al Gore, the man who “took the initiative in creating the Internet” is back and giving himself credit for avoiding a “violent revolution” by admitting that he lost an election that he actually lost.

“I made the decision in the aftermath of the Supreme Court decision 12 or 13 years ago to respect the rule of law,” said the former vice president. “I strongly disagreed with their opinion, said so, but the rule of law is the bedrock of American democracy. There is no intermediate step between a final Supreme …

New Law In Arizona: Guns Bought In Gov’t Buybacks Will be Sold To The Public
  30 Apr 2013     3:01 pm

Gun buybacks are essentially like the “Cash for Clunkers” program for guns. People bring in broken, old or sometimes illegal guns that have been used in a crime and they get paid by the government, which then scraps the weapons.

It’s a dumb idea that should be abandoned altogether, but if it is going to be done, Arizona is at least doing it the smart way. Republican Governor Jan Brewer just signed a new law that requires guns recovered in government buyback programs to be auctioned off publicly to federally …

Buyer’s Remorse: Democrats Having Second Thoughts About Obamacare
  30 Apr 2013     2:08 pm

The only Republican in Congress to support Obamacare was Olympia Snowe and even she eventually voted to repeal it. The Americans didn’t want it either. But, the Democrats told America it was the greatest legislative achievement in history. It was going to make healthcare better, cheaper and easier to use in every way. If you listened to the Democrats, there were no downsides to Obamacare because it was all good news.

Well now that we’re getting closer to implementing this monstrosity, suddenly they’re starting to see many of the same flaws …

GAO Investigating DHS Ammo Purchases
  30 Apr 2013     11:55 am

Republicans in Congress have introduced the AMMO ACT to limit enormous Department of Homeland Security Ammo Purchases. This comes after complaints that the DHS is buying 1000 more rounds per person than the army and may actually be driving up the cost of ammunition for the general public.

Well now, the Government Accountability Office is getting into the act. It’s going to be investigating the large bullet buys by the DHS. GAO spokesman Chuck Young say the investigation of the ammo purchases is “just getting underway.”
So far, this is how …

Two Boston Bombing Conspiracy Theories: Tamerlan Tsarnaev Is NAKED & ALIVE and The Police RAN OVER Tamerlan
  30 Apr 2013     10:55 am

Like every tragic event these days, the Boston Bombings have produced some conspiracy theories. There are a couple that seem to have gotten a little more traction than the others.

The first is that Tamerlan Tsarnaev was actually arrested, not killed. That’s based off of some footage shot by CNN.

There’s a man being stripped down naked by the police and, yes, he does look like Tamerlan Tsarnaev. His aunt even said, “100% that is my nephew Tamerlan”. Moreover, the fact that the police had him strip suggests that they think he’s …

30 Reasons To Dislike Barack Obama
  30 Apr 2013     12:21 am

As a conservative, picking out things you don’t like about Barack Obama is kind of like pointing to the wettest part of the ocean. It also goes beyond politics. Not only is Barack Obama wrong politically, he’s not a good guy, “cool,” or even moderately likable. To the contrary, he’s one of the nastiest, least admirable people in politics who gets by based on a phony persona he created when he ran for President in 2008 — along with the help of press corps liberals that work to protect him …

Two New Polls: Americans Fear Our Government More Than Terrorists
  29 Apr 2013     2:39 pm

“I believe there are more instances of the abridgement of freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments by those in power than by violent and sudden usurpations.” — James Madison
Since the war on terror began, the government has slowly but surely chipped away at our freedoms in the name of security. Whether you believe that was necessary to keep us safe or whether you believe that the government has gone too far, two recent polls in the wake of the Boston bombing seem to show that the …

Missouri House Passes Law That Nullifies Violations of the 2nd Amendment
  29 Apr 2013     1:25 pm

Missouri’s House has passed new legislation by a 117-43 vote that says, “federal official(s) must not enforce a federal firearm law when the firearm is manufactured and remains in the state and that any new federal law banning or restricting ownership of a semi-automatic firearm is unenforceable.”

In other words, new federal gun legislation would be null and void in the state and any federal agent who attempts to enforce it could face jail time in the state.
The bill’s sponsor, Rep. Casey Guernsey (R-Bethany) said,
“The Second Amendment says we have the …

Nonpartisan Report: Obama Spends Twice As Much Time On Golfing & Vacations As He Does On Economy
  29 Apr 2013     11:53 am

Who would have ever thought that the best thing about being President would be the non-stop golfing and vacations? Sure, you may be too broke to go on vacation because of Obama’s bad decisions, but that isn’t stopping him from vacationing on your dime. A nonpartisan group called the Government Accountability Institute (GAI) just did a report that examines Obama’s schedule. It compared all the time Obama spent in economic meetings over his first term with the time he spent golfing (4 hours per outing) and on vacation (6 hours …

Thug Attacks 70 Year Old Woman With a Nightstick — Her Husband Responds With a Gun
  29 Apr 2013     10:42 am

Pittsburgh, PA — It was a bizarre situation. Andrew Moore, a man in his early thirties, walked into Armen’s House of Music on Saturday, looked around and left.

When he returned, he had a nightstick with him and he started beating the store owner’s seventy year old wife. Terrifyingly, the police have concluded that robbery WAS NOT the motive. In fact, they’re unsure why Moore was beating a woman old enough to be his grandmother with a club and the Armens say that they don’t know the man.
Sylvia Armen’s husband tried …

Ted Cruz: GOP Senators Privately Yelled at Me at the “Top of Their Lungs” Because I Fought Gun Control
  29 Apr 2013     9:48 am

When Jim DeMint was in the Senate, conservatives would be publicly singing his praises while privately, his staff would tell me that Republicans in leadership were chewing him out behind closed doors for taking a principled stand that embarrassed them.
Now, Ted Cruz is apparently catching the same kind of flack for fighting against gun control. Here’s what he had to say about it.
I don’t know that there is an issue that has generated more heat internally in the Republican conference. We’ve had probably 5 or 6 lunches with a bunch …

FRAME-UP: New Arrest In Ricin Case. Previous Arrestee May Have Been FRAMED.
  28 Apr 2013     2:17 pm

It sounds like something you’d see on a bad cop show on TV.

Kevin Curtis is a wacky Elvis impersonator who was arrested for sending ricin to Barack Obama, Republican Senator Roger Wicker and a local judge. Although Curtis is a liberal, he made a point of noting that he didn’t vote for Obama and he had met Wicker. He also put up a Facebook post that said,
Our own government weather intentionally or lack of responsibility has made this happen and we are the victims. Is time to come …

Sarah Palin HAMMERS Obama and the Mainstream Media: They’re “Assclowns” at “Nerdprom”
  28 Apr 2013     12:51 pm

The White House correspondents dinners is one of the most ridiculous spectacles in DC. Essentially, it’s a bunch of politicians making obnoxious jokes for the “celebrity” journalists who yuk it up in the audience.

It’s always a profoundly silly event because it either features Republican politicians making asses of themselves for journalists who will hate them no matter what they do or Democrats performing for reporters who are already slavishly devoted to them.
Either way, it’s a frivolous, undignified, silly event which might not be so bad except that DC already …

Kansas Passes Law That Nullifies Violations of the 2nd Amendment
  28 Apr 2013     11:25 am

Kansas has now passed the strongest pro-gun law in America. The bill nullifies any attempts by the federal government to pass new gun control restrictions on the state. It also specifically forbids federal law enforcement officials from restricting Second Amendment rights in the state.

In other words, if let’s say a gun registry were put in place, not only would Kansas law enforcement officials refuse to implement the law, they also would not allow members of the federal government to enforce the law in their state.
Intriguingly, Kansas isn’t the only …

Democrats Found Guilty of Election Fraud For 2008 Obama Ballots While Mainstream Media Ignores
  28 Apr 2013     10:16 am

A court has now ruled that the current President of the United States only made it on the ballot in the 2008 Indiana primary because of fraud. Moreover, his chief competitor in that race, Hillary Clinton, ALSO made it on the ballot because of fraud.
That should be a HUGE story.
It involves the President of the United States, fraud big enough to swing the course of a state election and it raises legitimate questions about how secure our elections are all across the country.
Yet, what you find when you …

Unions Drove Twinkies Out of Business, But Now the Company is Back With No Union Workers
  28 Apr 2013     9:22 am

After union greed drove Twinkies out of business last November, there was such a burst of nostalgia for the snack cakes that it practically guaranteed that it would return to business. After all in a capitalistic society, if there are enough people who want to eat Twinkies, there will be someone who makes Twinkies.

So, the good news is that Twinkies are coming back, but they won’t be coming back with union workers.
The company that bought them, Apollo Global Management, LLC, and Metropoulos & Co., which also owns Pabst …

Court Rules Election Fraud Got Obama On The Ballot In 2008
  27 Apr 2013     2:11 pm

Democrats keep telling us that there’s no reason to worry about securing the ballot or checking voter ID because fraud happens so seldom that it’s practically inconsequential. Tell that to a jury in Indiana that just ruled both Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton only got on the Indiana primary ballot in 2008 because of election fraud.

Courtesy of Fox News.
A jury in South Bend, Indiana has found that fraud put President Obama and Hillary Clinton on the presidential primary ballot in Indiana in the 2008 election. Two Democratic political operatives were …
